When will my direct debit be taken?
Direct debits are taken on the 1st of each month, and this date cannot be changed.
Am I tied into a membership?
We have a range of options, from minimum-term memberships to flexible monthly rolling plans, so you can pick what fits you best.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months per year. Freezes always start from the 1st of the month, require 10 days’ notice, and can be lifted at any time during the month.
Do you have lockers?
Yes, we have lockers available for members and guests, and they include power outlets so you can charge your devices while you train!
Do you provide towels?
Yes, towels are available for you to use during your visit.
How do I book my classes?
You can book quickly and easily through the ARMA app or via our website 72 hours before class start time. We don’t take bookings over the phone.
Can I bring guests?
Yes, all members receive two guest passes per month, priced at £30 each.
Do you do private hire or host events?
Yes, we can accommodate this depending on availability. Email info@armabjj.com and our team will be happy to help.
Do you have Drop Ins?
Yes, Drop Ins are available for all our products. You can book them directly on the relevant membership page.

Can I use the members’ lounge?
You’re welcome to use the members’ lounge if you are an active member of ARMA BJJ or ARMA PT, but it does not come as a part of the Drop In package.
