That’s okay, strength is for every body. Our coaches specialise in building foundations at any stage of life. We meet you where you are and move at your pace. No experience required.
Do I have to sign up to a long-term membership?
Not at all. The £100 Introduction is a standalone 14-day pass. It’s designed to let you experience our coaching and community with zero pressure. After your two weeks are up, if you love the results and the atmosphere, we can discuss our membership options.
