What You Need to Know
What if I’m out of shape and haven’t trained in years?
That’s exactly who this programme is for. We start where you are, tailor everything to your level, and get you progressing safely and effectively.
What if I’ve tried PT or classes before and nothing stuck?
1:1 PT can feel awkward and expensive. Big classes are overcrowded and unfocused. ARMA PT is the sweet spot, real coaching, accountability, and community in one place.
What happens after my trial?
You’ll know if it’s right for you. If it is, you’ll be invited to join the full ARMA PT membership, unlocking small-group coaching, unlimited classes, and complete access to our wellness and lounge facilities.
What You’ll Notice After a Few Weeks
Lean & In Control
You’ll look and feel leaner, sharper, and more in control.
Strength Without Stiffness
You’ll get stronger and move better without the usual aches and stiffness.
Energy That Lasts
You’ll wake up with more energy that carries through the workday and beyond.
Confidence That Shows
You’ll carry yourself with a new level of confidence, in and out of the gym.
Here’s some questions we get asked:
What if I’ve never tried a martial art?
That’s the point. This trial is built for beginners, and our coaches know exactly how to help you find your footing fast.
What does Gi or No Gi mean?
Gi = the traditional Jiu Jitsu jacket and pants you can grab and grip. No-Gi = rash guard and shorts, faster-paced and more athletic. For your first time, we recommend starting with Gi to help slow things down so you can learn the basics properly.
Do I need to wear anything specific?
If you’re doing a Gi class, we’ll lend you one. Bring a t-shirt and shorts to wear underneath. For No-Gi, wear a fitted top and shorts without pockets, any loose kit just makes you an easy target on the mats.
Is it dangerous?
No, the beauty of Jiu Jitsu is that you can stop instantly by tapping.
