That’s exactly who this programme is for. We start where you are, tailor everything to your level, and get you progressing safely and effectively.
What if I’ve tried PT or classes before and nothing stuck?
1:1 PT can feel awkward and expensive. Big classes are overcrowded and unfocused. ARMA PT is the sweet spot, real coaching, accountability, and community in one place.
What happens after my trial?
You’ll know if it’s right for you. If it is, you’ll be invited to join the full ARMA PT membership, unlocking small-group coaching, unlimited classes, and complete access to our wellness and lounge facilities.

Is this for beginners?
Yes. We start where you are and build from there, safely and progressively.
Do I have to be “fit” first?
No. ARMA PT gets you fit. That’s the point.
How many people are in a session?
Max 4. Enough energy, real attention.
How long are sessions?
1 hour. In, out, job done.
Do I have to use the sauna/cold plunge?
No, recommended, not required. Recovery keeps you consistent and feeling good.
